Scope of Work
The Gahanna library is a two-level, 38,000 sq. ft. new build that was created to replace the old library built in 1991. This new construction has three separate areas for adults, children, and community meeting areas and is nearly double the size of the old one.
As the electrical contractor, Mid-City's scope of work included lighting, 1200A service, distribution panel boards, fire alarm, and paging system. The installation consisted of all EMT raceways for power, data, and lighting controls. We installed over 25,000 feet of conduit, 200,000 feet of wire, and 3,500 linear feet of lighting.
