What was once home to a Kmart distribution center, is now a 569,000 sq. ft. facility owned by KDC/One- a beauty, personal care and home care brands manufacturing company.
Mid-City's scope of work included all the processing power and controls.
- (2) 1,000 amp, (3) 600 amp, (5) 400 amp, (6) 225 amp, (5) 200 amp
- (4) 75 KVA transformers
- (5) 800 amp MCC's
- 35,200 feet of drive cable
- Several thousands of feed conduit and cable tray
There were multiple Class1 and Div2 areas, which required specialized installs as well as several wet locations. With the amount of changes and the time crunch, our electricians were flexible and persistent, resulting in us meeting the demands of the project.
