Scope of Work
The Mount Carmel Health Patient Tower is a 210-bed inpatient hospital that opened in 2019. The hospital includes an expanded emergency department, patient tower, medical office building, surgical suite, intensive care, maternity, oncology, and palliative - care services. As the Teledata contractor, Mid-City completed installation of voice, data, central paging, sound systems, video distribution, access control, CCTV cameras, and code blue phones. Mid-City also provided labor to assist in loading, assembly, setup, and patching of computers, printers, monitors, phones, and televisions throughout the hospital. In total, Mid-City installed: 19 TR rooms,12,200 feet of fiber optic cable, and 1.5 million feet of Cat 6 cable.
