Scope of Work
Built on 30 acres of land, Pickerington Methodist Hospital is a six-story, 220,000 sq. ft. building containing 60 beds, six operating rooms and 2 C-section operating rooms. It brings a variety of services to the surrounding community including:
- Cancer (infusion)- 15,000 sq. ft. space featuring 16 exam rooms and 20 infusion bays for oncology and neuro infusion needs
- Women’s Health- state-of-the-art labor and delivery units
- Trauma (Level III)- the first trauma center in Pickerington
- Heart and Vascular (Diagnostic and Interventional Cath Labs)- offers quick intervention during heart or vascular events, which improves the outcome for patients
- Acute Stroke Program
- General Medicine
- General Surgery
- Ancillary Expansion (Imaging, Lab, Pharmacy)
Mid-City completed all Teledata components in the hospital, including important features such as, Critical Alerts Nurse Call, HUGS infant protection security system, new digital signage through inpatient units, time synchronized clocks, an Emergency Responder Radio System, and hospital grade Wi-Fi. More specifically, our field tech's installed cabling for 3,000 devices, ran 227 miles of data cabling and fiber optic cabling, and installed an overhead paging system of cabling and equipment for 300+ speakers.
Pickerington Methodist Hospital opened its doors to the community December 6, 2023.
