Scope of Work
Mid-City completed the Design Build construction of Vance Outdoors Inc., in Obetz, Ohio. A 56,000 sq. ft. space located on an 8-acre site, the store is made up of retail areas, office space, and an indoor firing range. The 15,000-square-foot indoor firing range has 24 lanes and is estimated to be the largest in Central Ohio. This is one of three Vance Outdoor locations. Mid-City’s electrical installations included all lighting, security, voice and data cabling, a pad mounted transformer, and an electrical service. Vance Outdoors Obetz opened in fall 2014.
